Shipping conditions
Shipping to Austria:
Shipping within Austria is free. Delivery time is 4-8 working days.
Don't worry, we are currently working on delivering to other EU countries.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need the invoice.
Please note that earrings are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons!
Return
To start a return, please contact us at essensa@gmx.at. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
We do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item if the return is accepted and then make a separate purchase for the new item as agreed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment, less shipping costs. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
